1> QE3 asap. All delay leads to stock and capital loss

2>The US cannot play alone to change the world economy forward,but by means of monetary policy,it  does affect their expectation to reflect in market.

3>As in the past.We don’t expect the US capable enough to change itself a lot  in essence and transformation by taking problem-countering measures in short term;but we do urge making it a better way for all members of the global to go through USD embarrassing and long declining period,taking moderate monetary policy of QEIII;meanwhile,the US use the earned time trying its best to reform itself ,but not at the huge expense of unsteady  USD again and again,resulting in world capaital loss and even lead tenfold seriousness of the world financial crisis.We are waiting the Gold Dollar to lead to the peace and growing Ground after.

4>No QE3,US has NO other effective way and extra money to beef up its economy.Therefore hesitance and delay produces less than nothing;And

the worrying USD and Economy Status lacks of live water,saving no QE3.QE3 sonner or later,which is better? It's obvious

5>Now that QE3 is unavoidable,take it for granted or World's Economy going negative
